The internet portal is compatible with the BayEGovV.

The website www.die-neue-sammlung.de was launched on 15 March 2024. The implementation took place in accordance with the requirements of the Bavarian E-Government Ordinance (BayEGovV), supported by development-accompanying consulting and tests of digital accessibility. An external audit of technical and editorial accessibility took place on 15 June 2024.

There are currently information pages about the museum and this website in German sign language and in easy-to-understand language.

Since 2020, information on all exhibitions has been available in text and audio versions in easy-to-understand language. The overview pages for planning a visit and about the museum, the programme and the locations are available in both German sign language and easy-to-understand language. In addition, information on the library, Future Talks and Kunstareal can be accessed in easy-to-understand language.

All images are accompanied by alternative texts in German and English.

\u2022 Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to mark individual foreign-language words that occur in a German context as such. This can lead to mispronunciations by the screen reader.
