Die Neue Sammlung and the MPZ are celebrating the museum’s 100th anniversary with a joint publication for children, families and school classes. The eleven Discover maps accompany you to various stations and exhibits in the New Collection. Search games, puzzles, inspiration for creative writing and drawing and much more invite you to explore.
The cards encourage you to observe closely and become creative yourself, but also to think together and exchange ideas in order to solve the sometimes tricky tasks. The children also learn interesting facts about the objects on display, the museum and the topic of design.
The cards can be used in any order and for multiple museum visits.
The children always need the situation on site, as the cards only work directly opposite the exhibits.
You can get the MPZ card set for your children free of charge at the Pinakothek der Moderne information desk. The card set is also suitable for school classes or after-school groups visiting the Die Neue Sammlung .
Please note: Teachers receive one copy free of charge, but it is not possible to issue a class set.
