Entrance and Orientation
The entrance is on the ground floor and leads into the Rotunda. Here you will find the ticket desk and information desk. Our team will be happy to help you with any questions.

You can also access the lifts from the Rotunda. They connect the first basement level and the first upper floor.

You can reach the first basement level either by lift or via the stairs next to the information desk. The cloakroom, toilets and an enclosed quiet space are located here.

The first upper floor is also accessible by lift. Seating areas next to the staircases can be used as open quiet spaces.

The “Design for All” exhibition on the first basement level can be accessed via a separate entrance. The lift to the exhibition is located at the north entrance in the Winter Garden and takes you directly to the exhibition spaces of Die Neue Sammlung.
